我们目前提交者和PMC成员之间没有区别。因此,每一个提交者负责整个代码库的质量。一些组件被广泛维护(如构建和支持工具,测试等),而一些组件比较更加关键，复杂，为了长远角度考虑，需要有提交者为其维护。
