Alpine Linux 轻量级 Linux 发行版

Alpine Linux 是一个社区开发的面向安全应用的轻量级 Linux 发行版，适合用来做路由器、防火墙、VPNs、VoIP 盒子 以及服务器的操作系统，基于 uClibc 和 Busybox。

Alpine Linux 3.4.0 发布了，

改进记录如下：

• Linux 4.4 kernel

• New iso image for virtual machines: alpine-virt

• support for DNS search in /etc/resolv.conf

• ruby 2.3

• postgresql 9.5

• The PHP packages got renamed from php to php5.

• The service cron got renamed to crond.

• busybox ping now use unprivileged ICMP sockets so binary does not need to be suid root. This means you need to be in group with gid 999-59999 for being allowed to send pings.

• Most ruby-* packages were removed. Use gem instead.
